Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia via express post with cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity during transit.

Delivery timeframes:

• Metro areas: 1–2 business days
• Regional areas: 2–4 business days

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched same day. A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Vertex Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.
