Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any research compounds once dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a compromised seal, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

To lodge a claim, email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Vertex Labs reserves the right to refuse refunds where misuse or improper storage is evident.
