The Science

Research-Backed.
Independently Verified.

Vertex Labs sources, verifies, and documents every compound against published research. Our peptide library is grounded in peer-reviewed science — not marketing claims.

What Are Peptides

Short-chain amino acid sequences with targeted biological activity.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the building blocks of proteins — that act as signalling molecules in the body. Unlike synthetic drugs, many peptides are bioidentical or closely related to compounds naturally produced by the human body.

For research purposes, compound purity is critical. Impurities — including residual solvents, endotoxins, and related peptides — can confound experimental results and compromise reproducibility. ISO 17025 third-party testing is the only standard that guarantees documented, independent verification of what is actually in each vial.
